RV Park Rules
• Registration and payment is due immediately upon arrival. No exceptions. Payment methods accepted are: Cash, Credit and Zelle.
• Check-in: Please call us before arrival so that our staff can greet you, orient you with the property, and give you a personal escort to your site.
• Check-out 12:00 p.m. If you wish to extend your stay, check with us prior to 12 noon.
• All RVs must be fully self-contained, well-kept and in good condition.
• Speed limit throughout the resort is 5 MPH.
• No open campfires allowed. Fire pit provided on site.
• Kindly refrain from feeding the birds on your site to help us ensure a pest-free and enjoyable experience for all.
• Reservation is viewed as a “two-way” agreement. We hold the space, which you have reserved, turning away all future requests, in return for payment of your deposit. No refunds once payment is processed. Only credit for future stays.
• “Quiet Time” is 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Maintain cleanliness on your site by using the designated main bins for garbage disposal; please refrain from discarding cigarette butts on the ground.
• No criminal or drug related activity in or near the farm stay be tolerated.
Pet Etiquette
• Pets must be on a leash and not left unattended at your site.
• Pets who cause a disturbance, or who are bothersome to other guests, may be asked to leave the farm stay.
